ordered 2 rings and money was taken from my account, then put back in as if the transaction never happened. i sent an email wondering whats going on and that I would prefer to cancel now as playing with money in peoples accounts is a business practice I am not comfortable with. so far no response and no rings. 1000 grand is alot of money to play with.

This ring is not at all what it appears to be in the picture. The diamonds lack luster and appear to be fake. The seller was professional in the return of this ring, but of course, UPS "lost" / stole the ring. Fortunately for insurance. I guess this way the seller gets his money too. This was all around a bad experience and I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

My husband surprised me with this Acorn pendant as an early Christmas gift.
The photo pales in comparison to holding it in the palm of your hand for the very first time.
The Citrine color is a deep yet rich hue of gold and the delicate spray of diamonds accenting the front of the acorn really makes this pendant stand out against a dark colored turtleneck sweater.
The gold chain that comes with the pendant is a bit too delicate for my taste so I will be replacing it with a stronger gold chain. Otherwise this is a real beauty and anyone getting this as a gift is sure to love it!

10k White Gold Created Blue Sapphire Semi-Bezel Ring, Size 7 Review

I received this ring in the amount of time expected, adequately protected and clean.
The stone is a much lighter blue than I was expecting, almost periwinkle in color, but has plenty of sparkle. It is also loose in its setting which was disappointing. I was quoted a price of $36 to have the setting tightened, and the jewler also asked me if the stone was tanzinite. The setting itself looks well crafted although the bezel is not straight (the bezel looks to be rotated slightly, but honestly no one else has noticed).
So the ring is pretty, and as close to what I wanted without custom ordering something. However for the price I paid, I feel like this should have been closer to my expectations.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! The ring is beautiful, and visibly flawless!!!! I was very leery on buying something with no reviews at all but the ring was calling me and I am very glad I answered :) The only downfall I can say is it took longer to arrive then I would like but it did arrive in the time period stated on the order. Its light on finger and quite comfortable, just enough sparkle to be noticed w/out being overdone. I truly love it and will always wear it :)

As in the other rings of same style from same vendor, I am very disappointed. The stones fall out immediately on first wear and they are not brilliant as one would like. Can not clean them as the silver goes dark, and since there is silver between each stone the ring is dull. I wore each of the 4 (diff colors) I purchased only once. So I would consider these disposable rings and will not be purchasing from this vendor again.

14k White Gold Black and White Diamond Cat Pendant (1/5 cttw), 18" Review

So, I bought this for my wife after we had to put our poor cat to sleep. He was...you guessed it...a black cat. I think it looks great, she loves it, enough said.
Since I was expecting the necklace to be small and delicate (as per previous reviews) I was not shocked. I actually think it is the perfect size. Anything larger and my wife might as well wear a large gold medallion and a diamond encrusted grill in her teeth. Seriously, for most women this will be just shiny and unique enough to get some good complements, but small enough not to get overly noticed. It is unique, delicate, cute, dainty, sparkly, etc.
I can see how the picture *might* give some people the wrong impression of size, but a simple ruler and piece of paper, along with the dimensions provided in the description and allowed me to draw a rectangle that gave me a pretty good idea of size. Even so, I understand how issues of lack of perspective in the picture doesn't really give you a good idea of the thickness or "delicateness" of the pendant.
I will try to post a picture or two giving some perspective....if I can get my wife to take it off. She loves it.

14k Rose Gold Blue Diamond Celtic Claddagh Knot Ring Size 8 Review

When I received this ring I was so excited! I do have to say that it's not quite like the picture that Jewel's For Me has posted. The differences are that on my ring there are 11 diamonds, not 10 (which I don't mind at all). 2 of the diamonds in the center are set at an angle slightly toward the center rather than straight ahead. On the up side, the Rose gold is so pretty and the blue diamonds really do sparkle in a bright light or in the sun. Nice ring, unusual Claddagh. I do love it, just wish that every diamond faced perfectly straight ahead as in the selling photo.

8MM Tungsten Carbide 14K White Gold Inlay Wedding Band Ring Sz 14.0 Review

I received this ring as my wedding band and I love it. We actually picked it out together prior to our wedding and I must say, I have pretty good taste. ;)
My hands are fairly large for my size, and though I've never been a ring/jewelry wearer, this ring just "fits" and I really enjoy wearing it. It's heavy enough that I'm aware of it, but not so much that I'm annoyed by it. It's wide enough that it's pretty visible, but it's not "too much". I like the contrast that the two metals create; it's a simple, modern take on a classic look, but not completely plain.
Of course these things are very much subjective and personal so there's no point in saying "this is THE BEST ring". I can attest to the excellent quality, so if you like the look, you should be confident in purchasing it. I do get nice compliments on the look, and I think they're sincere.

The one negative to be aware of---which really isn't a negative but just a fact of the material---is that the gold portion does scratch quickly and easily. But again, that's gold, and I just look at it as my "personalizing" it.

I was skeptical by the sample picture on the item page, but after reading through reviews and hearing that it looks much different in person, I decided to go for it because I liked the design.
When I received it, I was very surprised how white, shiny, and so beautiful it looks in person. I think that Amazon should update the item picture!
I gave it to my girlfriend on Valentine's day, and she loves it and always wears it. Unfortunately, I made classic the mistake of buying the wrong size. But no matter.
If anyone is thinking about getting this, go for it! And don't be fooled by the picture. It looks completely different in person.

I bought this ring foe my wife for her birthday. She likes simple jewelry so this worked perfect. It looks great and fit great. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is it is a very petite ring. I didnt expect anything large, but I was suprised at how small it was.

The color of these fire opal earrings is fabulous - they literally glow. I'd rate the stones a 5. The earrings themselves, however, are incredibly cheap + flimsy, so much so that I wonder how long they will hold the stones. I recently purchased chrome diopside stud earrings (5mm, Amazon.com collection) for $48 and the gold earrings are much much sturdier. Still, the fire opals are really very nice.

I bought this on a whim on Saturday morning because I hated polishing my jewelry (silver). It just got delivered today and I have emptied my jewelery box the last hour cleaning different items (non silver as well). It does an amazing job - looks like they were just brought home from the jewelry store. One warning: don't use automatic dishwasher detergent for the "enhanced clean" because it does something weird to the jewelery. I tried regular old Dawn after that and it worked great. Of course you don't need to use detergent just water works great too. It's awesome.

I got the ring early which is a good thing so I could get past the disappointment sooner. The ring is a horrible piece of chintzy-looking metal. Yes, one definitely gets what they pay for but the photo here is not an accurate representation. The stone is much more pale and the metal does not even look like it will not get the wearer's finger to turn green. Do not buy this ring!!

Not even two weeks later her mother noticed a diamond fell out! I called the company to find what we could do and their response was they allowed me to get another one shipped but they usually will not with orders from Amazon.com so be tread carefully. I don't know if it was a defect in the ring but, I hope this will not happen again.

I got 2 bands as my wedding rings and it arrived faster than expected. The stones are really beautiful and shiny. Im very happy with my purchase. The only thing I wish they could do is sent me some sort of information as far as warranty. Ive called customer care and they said that they have a lifetime warranty as far as replacing any missing stones in case they fall of but there's nothing I could read on to make sure that the information given to me over the phone is accurate, so Im just taking the chance with this ring. So far Im very happy with my purchase and for the price I paid I don't have complaints.

Absolutely gorgeous, and well worth the price. In a few yrs it may even become a classic. I think the item was 'overpacked', 2 envelopes and 2 boxes, but I guess they were being careful. Delivery was on time and item was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately; I ordered it 1 size too large and need to exchange it (gift was for mum and she can't wear it, shucks).

I recently bought this for my wife because she lost her old one. This is a really good product, good quality etc. The only issue we have is it isn't as big as she needs it to be. This really isn't a fault of the product though we just need a different one. I suggest it to anyone though, but be aware it's pretty small.

I received this ring as an engagement ring, and at first look it's great. Upon closer inspection, there were scratches, cracks, and blemishes all over the black diamonds. When my fiance emailed to ask what they could do, SmileRiver told him it wasn't their problem, and that he had to go through amazon to return it. I understand that process, but there was no assurance made that the next ring he ordered to replace it wouldn't have chips/scratches. Black diamonds aren't expensive, and for the price I think that SmileRiver should take some care in making sure that the diamonds don't have any obvious damage.

This rose ring from the Amazon.com collection is beautiful! This ring has all the elements I'm looking for in a flower ring: contrasting colors, enamel, real diamonds, and sterling silver. The size of the rose is not too small and not too large. It's a medium-sized rose. It's a decent-sized ring that catches people's attention. I plan on wearing this flower ring a lot, so I wanted a good quality ring. The enamel is of nice quality. Let me say, it's very hard to find a large variety of nice quality fashion flower rings on Amazon, especially ones that have the colors black or gold. If you want nice quality pure black flower rings that don't have adjustable or stretch bands, you have to go to other websites. But I like the contrast of black and white colors on this Amazon.com collection rose ring. The combination of the classic elegant colors of black and white, make this ring suitable for work, but the ring is also nice enough to wear at social functions such as: weddings, tea parties, charity galas and events, birthdays, etc. The flower ring seems to be the "in" fashion thing now. I've seen flower rings on celebrities everywhere: Haley Reinhart from "American Idol" being televised and photographed with a variety of flower rings, Brooke Burke, the co-host of "Dancing With the Stars", is known for being photographed and televised with beautiful flower rings, the women of Style Network's "Jerseylicious" are known to be televised with flower rings on both their television and reunion show specials, and of course, the women of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" have been televised many times wearing flower rings. I own a couple of flower fashion rings, but this is honestly the first nice quality sculpted flower ring that I own. Now that I own a nice sculpted flower fashion ring for the first time, I hope to buy another flower design ring in the future. Anyways, if you want to buy a nice flower ring, try this ring. It's an affordable investment!

I bought this on sale for an add on Christmas present for my mom. I think it may have been a lightning deal ($20).The reason that it caught my eye is that my daughters were born in July and the other in September; so the Ruby and Sapphire combination was the deal breaker for me. My mom likes it (she has to, right?) It's not by any means stunning or gorgeous, I would call it cute or somewhat dainty (is it because it's a bit flimsy. very lightweight-but not like it will break or bend). For the price and the sentiment, I'm glad I bought it. If you are looking to impress a girlfriend or wife with it- keep looking. I think if you purchase it, it would be more like a present to yourself or even for a pre-teen or teen. I would not pay more than $20 for it though.

My husband and I searched high and low for the perfect ring to replace his long ago lost stainless steel one..
If your man's like MINE (extremely active and ROUGH on jewelry, watches etc.)then tungsten's the metal you need! At first I felt bad getting him something that wasn't exactly a "precious" metal as it were, but OH was I WRONG! His stainless steel one, although lovely at first was a massive disappointment! Within weeks it's lovely shiny finish was cloudy and scratched making it look "cheap" and rough, but after seeing a friends hubby's ring shiny and alive I HAD to know what it was and where he had got it! After purchasing this ring for my hunny ( for an astonishing 14.00!) I was pleasantly pleased with the look and feel of the ring LONG after our original purchase date! I must say we were a bit "iffy" over purchasing with amazon considering that the last Tungsten ring we looked at was over 350.00 at all the department stores, and even a few of the other sellers on amazon itself were asking for at least 170.00.. but this is the real deal folks! Its a LOVELY ring, that will LAST and last no matter how rough and tumble your hubby is, and the price is MORE then a deal, but a definite STEAL!!!!!!

I was so excited to get this peridot set both because of the heavily reduced price on a deal day and the fact that peridot is my birthstone, but I was a little disappointed by the size of the stones. They are very small and I would have been upset if I had paid the original price for them. The ring fits perfectly seeing as though I wear 7-7 1/2 so that decreased my disappointment a bit. It's very pretty though and I can't wait to wear them and I hope my outfit doesn't overshadow them.

The ring looks very pretty, but the band is extremely thin. The diamonds are also a lot smaller than the picture leads you to believe. I understand they need to blow up the pictures, but they shouldn't make the ring look nicer than it is. Overall it is very nice to look at, just be prepared for it to be very small.

What a bargin!! These little earrings shine so nicely,and the packaging is gift quality. That's not the best thing about these though. I have a difficult time with metal allergies, sometimes my ears are sore after just an hour of wear, not with these! I have kept these in for an entire week with no problems. That hasn't happened in years, even with the so called surgical steel and hypo allergenic types. It must be the mix they use in the gold, not much nickle. So if you have the same type of problem wearing earrings that I do, give these a try, the price sure is right!

I ordered this ring as a cheap stocking stuffer for my sister. Since I only paid roughly $25 for this ring, I wasn't expecting to receive the most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever seen. Even with low expectations I was extremely disappointed. The square amethyst stone in the ring I received was clear, with only the slightest hint of purple if examined in direct sunlight. The one diamond included in the trim was rough and not even cut. My husband also ordered the same ring in peridot as a Christmas gift for me, and it was the exact same quality as this amethyst ring. The "peridot" stone was clear and the diamond was rough and uncut and you had to really squint to see it. We could've gotten a better looking ring at the dollar store.
On the positive side, it was fairly easy to return. Unfortunately, I am being refunded my money in an Amazon giftcard rather than to my credit card. That seems a bit strange since this isn't even an Amazon product. They are also refunding the cost of shipping the ring to me when I ordered it, but I had to eat the return shipping fee.
Apparently this company misrepresents their products, and I will never order from them again. I do not recommend this product or this company.

I am always nervous when buying jewelry online. I went ahead and bought it because of the good reviews and because it was of course what I was looking for. The service was fast, the price was excellent, and the size was perfect. The heart is a good size and quite beautiful. I would highly recomend this seller. My issue lies is in the chain, which is far too fine. I will be using a different one. I also dislike the fact that the pendant did not come in a standard box but a flat box that takes up far more space than it should and is an awkward fit in my jewelry drawer. Overall I love this product and would buy from this seller again.

A total of 265.00 and change, I know thats not a load of money for jewelry but it was just a gift (allready married) Imagine me and my wifes surprise when she got something that looked like costume jewelry from me as a christmas gift. Lets just say Im glad she still loves me. online the pictures show a stunning blue heart shaped saphire, at home an in my wifes hand was a very dull looking childs ring and necklace. I was very dissappointed. I gave it two stars only because payment and shipping was all done superbly. I was pretty skeptical about buying a ring off of Amazon at first because you really don't know the kind of quality you're going to get. I figured for about $35 I would probably be getting a decent ring though...certainly not a diamond or anything, but surely better than a cheap one from a department store.
I'm glad I went with this. I bought it for a friend for a birthday, and held onto it for a about a month prior to make sure the ring was okay. It's just as beautiful as the picture shows it to be. I wore it at night several times to make sure I didn't get a rash or that it would turn my finger green and it never did. :)
This a great buy for the money. The light blue topaz is beautiful with the polished finish of the ring. I almost want one for myself. ;)

I do like the ring, but to size the ring to an 8, left the ring piece very thin. The first thing I will have to do is get an shank of gold inserted to make it thicker. The picture is truly blown up, the MOM you can hardly even read on the actual ring, it is very, very small. Other than that, I like the ring, the main diamonds are pretty, but not very clear, for an everyday ring, I hope stands up, I'm sure it will after I spend another $85.00 to get a shank added to thicken the gold. Ordered this ring for my husband and was very disappointed. The "diamonds" were hardly "brilliant cut". In fact they were not cut at all. My jewler said they were only chips, and looked awfull. Very cloudy. I had the chips replaced with 9 cut diamonds for another $$$$, and now the ring is very pretty. Also, I asked for a size 10, and it is a 9 3/4. Will not buy from again.

18k Rose Gold Bezel set Diamond Wedding Band Ring (G-H/SI, 0.03 ct.), 12.5 Review

I purchased this ring and it looks NOTHING like the photo. The ring I received is still a nice ring, in fact, because I couldn't find THIS ring anywhere, I'm going to keep it. HOWEVER, the ring I received is a shiny, not muted rose gold, and it has a 'comfort fit' type of contour - in other words the edges come to a fine edge. This photo is of a completely different ring, with a squared edge contour. When I called the company (and I even sent a photo of this ring which looks completely different from and the one I received (which, as noted, looks like a standard, fine edged shiny rose gold ring with a tiny diamond), the guy on the phone told me that it was because of the lighting when they took the picture. ????WHAT???? I'm not an idiot. But, since our wedding is this weekend and I still like the ring they did send (and the one in this picture apparently does not exist), I'm going to keep it!

I like smaller nose rings so this looked good for me.
I had to bend it to make the stem shorter for my nose so it wouldn't pop out everytime I blew my nose, but I liked it and the fact that it was white gold and a real diamond.
A little more than 6months later, however, I took it out to clean it and the diamond was missing. Womp Womp.
So I think I'll order another one, maybe it was a fluke, but I do like the size and the price ain't that bad.

Our wedding bands and my wife engagement ring were stolen a year ago. We have looking for a replacement engagement for six months. All the engagement rings we looked at were either too expensive or my wife did not like the style. When I saw this pretty ring on amazon, I knew my wife would love it. The price was excellent. It came yesterday and I surprised my wife with the ring last night. She was as happy as the first time I gave her an engagement ring seven years ago. The moissanite solitaire shined and glows better than any diamond we have looked at. Went I told my wife it was moissanite instead of a diamond she did not believe me. When I told her the price, she did not believe me. She thought I paid twice the amount that I actually paid for it. The seller, Rich Peel Enterprise responded to my entire questions promptly. Plus the ring arrived two days earlier.

I saw this ring and fell in love with it. I after some thought I decided to have my husband purchase the ring for me for Valentines Day. When I was looking over the ring online before the purchase i noticed that it didn't have a ring size selection, I decided to call the company and ask about the ring size before i bought the ring. I visited with the customer service, rep. I asked about sizing and if I could get it in a larger size. He told me to send an e-mail after purchasing the ring to request the correct size, - that they would size the ring for me- I requested it in a 8 1/2 . DId not hear back from them or get a confirmation e-mail. I was so excited to get the ring. I naturally assumed that they would process the order as requested.
The ring arrived in a timely manner by Fed ex. It was packaged professionally but i did not pay $200 for packaging. I paid $200 for a ring that should look like the picture. It does not. The pearl is beautiful. The ring however is so small, that it hardly fits on my pinkie. The metal is thin and skimpy, and the halo around the pearl should look round, but it was flat on top like it had been pressed down on top. I cant express the thinness of the gold metal. I have contacted customer service again via e-mail, since american pearl does not express any return policy, and I will call them as well to request a refund, or a resizing. What i am concerned about it that they will size the ring and not add any extra gold to it, and the band will appear even thinner. I am not sure if that is what I want to happen. This ring should be advertised FOR A CHILD ONLY. But I don't think I would spend $200 on a ring for any child.
BEWARE. I will update this post when I hear from the company.

UPDATE
I called the company, and the rep seemed slightly confused with why I was wanting to return the ring. He did not seem like he really listened to me. I explained the problem, and he advised me to ship it back to the company in NYC and they would not charge me for resizing, and also make sure the package was a COD. We insured the package, and it cost us $16 to ship it back. We will see when its returned to us, for a later update.

UPDATE
Ring was sent back. I received it today, and it fit beautifully. Same ring same packaging, it was just thrown back in with the original stuff. But thats okay. I just think that maybe they should have packaged it better to return. It was almost like they were put upon because i wanted the correct size. Never the less, it did arrive and i was not charged for the sizing, and overall I am happy with the ring. I will change my rating stars to 3 because the ring fits. It is still flat on top, as the metal should be more rounded but overall, a gorgeous ring!

Went to go get it resized because it was a tad to big, and the person told me that I should send it back immediately because the diamonds were about to FALL OUT. The condition said new, and I had bought it 2 weeks ago. I was SHOCKED. NEVER buy this ring.

10k White Gold Oval Onyx Center with Diamonds Ring, Size 6 Review

The ring is definitely not perfect, but I don't expect perfect when I'm paying this low price ($152.00) for onyx and diamonds in a white gold setting. The four prongs that hold the center stone in place are a tad asymmetrical, and the band could be a bit thicker to provide greater stability. Despite its lack of perfection though, this ring is really beautiful and well-worth the price. It's modern and just the right amount of flashy to be appropriate for work and for fun. The diamonds, though small, definitely add sparkle and shine to the piece. And the designs on the sides add a nice, fun touch to the ring. Overall, I am quite pleased that I finally decided to make this purchase, after debating it for over a month. This ring exceeds my expectations!

Well, Christmas isn't too far around the corner and I wanted to get my wife something special this year. What better than a ruby band ring? The Wizard of Oz is my wife's favourite movie and she just loves Dorothy's ruby slippers. This ring contains a ruby band, which I think will just melt her heart. Across the ruby band, there contains four 0.2-carat round diamonds, which are so sparkly, she'll go blind. Anyway, I think this is an elegant, sharp piece that really says, "I love you." I ordered this ring for my mother, with earrings to match. Garnet is her birthstone.
I was really impressed with the speed of shipping (it arrived in 4 days, much earlier than expected) and the overall presentation, with a gift-card, and a really nice ring box and blue pouch.
The ring itself exceeded all expectations. It looks larger and nicer than the picture (rare!)The overall quality is really good with the Garnet really clear of inclusions and not too dark in color. The diamonds are top grade, white and really brilliant. The ring is solid and well made. The earring were great too. I really recommend this vendor.
